Saigon Cinnamon

Have you tried this wonderful cinnamon? Had been seeing it & didn't know the difference between this & my usual cinnamon until Thanksgiving. My sister-in-law made wonderful desserts using it & all I can say is wow! If you haven't used this & you like cinnamon, you really should put it on your shopping list. The aroma is unbelieveable & the flavor is superb. Have used it in my own oatmeal cookies & cranberry upside down cake. Anyone else love this fragrant spice?

I recently bought some thinking it just sounded interesting, spicy cinnamon came to mind. I have smelled it and was up looking for a recipe to use it in and found your blog. Thanks so much ~ now I am excited to use this!! Cinnamon with a kick they could call it.

I just found your blog while searching for info on saigon cinnamon. I love it! I just tried it a few nights ago and I would never use any other type. It beats the run of the mill stuff any day.

Fran, thank you for your information on Saigon Cinnamon. My husband just came home from the store with it instead of my regular cinnamon and I wasn't sure if it was a good thing or not. Now I can't wait to try it in my Thanksgiving dishes!
